Reservation Conditions and Accommodation Rules for Mas Lloretó

By making a reservation at Mas Lloretó, you accept the following Reservation Conditions and Accommodation Rules. Please read them carefully to ensure a pleasant and trouble-free stay. Our goal is to offer you a comfortable and safe experience.
I. Purpose of the Contract
The purpose of this contract is the rental of the Tourist Use Dwelling Mas Lloretó, with tourist registration number [Registration number pending (e.g., HUTG-XXXXXX)], located at Calle desaminada Mas Lloretó, 08289 Copóns, Barcelona, by the Landlord to the Tenant, for a temporary stay of a tourist or holiday nature.
II. Acceptance of Conditions
By finalizing the reservation at Mas Lloretó, the client expressly accepts the cancellation policy, the general rental conditions, and the internal regulations detailed in this document. Should these contractual conditions not be met, Mas Lloretó reserves the right to ask the client to leave the property or, failing that, to proceed with their expulsion. The Landlord may retain the security deposit and claim any damages that may arise.
III. Reservation Procedure
- Mas Lloretó’s Purpose: Mas Lloretó is intended for families and groups of families or friends. The property reserves the right of admission and cancellation of the reservation with justified reasons communicated to the Tenant.
- Acceptance: Payment of the deposit (first payment) implies acceptance of these reservation conditions and Mas Lloretó’s internal regulations.
- Payments:
- First payment: 50% of the total reservation amount, to be made at the time of formalizing the reservation by bank transfer or Bizum.
- Second payment: The remaining 50% of the total amount will be paid 7 days before arrival. This payment can preferably be made in cash or via Bizum, or by bank transfer if preferred.
- Tourist Tax: The Tourist Tax will be paid upon arrival in cash or through the payment methods Mas Lloretó makes available (e.g., bizum, in cash). The current rate is €1.00/day/person, with a maximum of 7 days per person. Children under 16 are exempt from this tax.
- Security Deposit: Upon arrival, a security deposit of €150 (one hundred and fifty euros) will be required to cover possible breakages, property damage, lost keys, or additional cleaning costs due to improper use of the dwelling. This deposit will be returned, if applicable, within a maximum of 3 days from the departure date, after inspection of the accommodation. In case of damages or any other anomaly, the proportional part will be returned after deducting the cost of the damages, which will be duly justified to the Tenant.
- Personal and Non-Transferable Nature of the Reservation and Guest Registration: The reservation is personal and non-transferable and is considered firm once the deposit has been received and confirmed by Mas Lloretó. Only the persons indicated in the reservation and registered upon arrival will be entitled to stay overnight in the accommodation. Any transfer of this rental or subletting, even without charge, is strictly prohibited.
- Registration Obligation: In accordance with Article 2 of Order IRP / 418/2010, of August 5, on the obligation of registration and communication to the General Directorate of Police, all persons staying in accommodation establishments in Catalonia must register. Therefore, all guests over 16 years of age will be asked for their ID/Passport or equivalent documentation upon arrival, and they must sign the necessary documents for their registration.
- Reservation Modifications: Any reservation modification can only be made upon written request to info@casaruralmaslloreto.com. Mas Lloretó will try to accommodate change requests, subject to availability. For the modification to be effective, Mas Lloretó must have approved and confirmed the modification in writing.
IV. Check-in and Check-out Times
- Check-in: From 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
- Check-out: From 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. If you plan your arrival/departure outside these hours, please contact us in advance and we will try to accommodate you.
V. Internal Regulations and Coexistence Rules
The person making the reservation is responsible for informing all their companions of these regulations. Any infraction of these regulations may lead to immediate expulsion from Mas Lloretó without any right to reimbursement of the stay amount, and total or partial retention of the security deposit.
- Key Handover and Explanation: At the beginning of the rental period, Mas Lloretó will hand over the keys and provide the relevant explanation regarding the operation of the house.
- Tranquility and Respect: Mas Lloretó reserves the right of admission and contract cancellation for clients who disturb the peace, violate basic rules of coexistence, or do not respect internal regulations. The client must avoid any noise that may disturb between 00:00 (midnight) and 08:00 in the morning. Guests may not engage in annoying, noisy, unhealthy, harmful, dangerous, or illicit activities on the premises. Parties, events, or similar activities may be held if they have been expressly communicated and authorized by the Landlord.
- Responsible Water Management: Since our house is supplied by a potable water tank, we strongly urge you to make responsible and conscious use of water. Every drop counts.
- Minors: Adult guardians of minors will be ultimately responsible for them, as well as for any damage they may cause to the facilities.
- Pets: Currently, we cannot accept pets.
- Vehicles: Parking is available within the property grounds.
- No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments. It is only allowed outdoors, and with extreme caution during fire risk season. In case of smoking inside the property, an additional ozone cleaning fee of €75 (seventy-five euros) will be applied to cover the costs of deodorizing the property and its textiles, which will be charged to the security deposit.
- Use of the Property: The client will make civilized use of the property and its goods, using them as specified, and will be liable for damages caused by misuse during their stay. The client will take care of the property and keep it in good clean condition. If any object is broken or deteriorated due to misuse, the owner may claim the replacement price from the client.
- Responsibility for Theft: Guests are advised not to leave valuables in plain sight and to secure doors and windows when leaving. The client may not file a claim against Mas Lloretó in case of theft from the property during their stay, provided that the Landlord has taken the usual and reasonable security measures.
- Owner’s Disclaimer: The owner is not responsible for losses, damages, cancellations, or additional expenses incurred by the client or any other matter beyond their control.
- Forgotten Items: The owner is not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the house; however, if found, they will inform the clients and shipping with payment on delivery can be arranged.
- Maximum Capacity: The client will respect the maximum number of people who can stay overnight in the house according to the number of people requested in the reservation.
- Visitors: If you wish to receive visitors at the house, you must inform the owners in advance.
- Owner’s Access: The client may not deny entry to the Owner or their representative, provided that the visit has been requested in advance and is for justified reasons (e.g., maintenance, urgent repairs, verification of rule compliance).
- Customer Service: The client accepts that, in unforeseen circumstances (weather problems, power outages, etc.), assistance from the Property might not be immediate. Unlike a hotel, this establishment does not have a 24-hour service, although every effort will be made to provide the quickest possible response to any unforeseen circumstance.
- Furniture and Utensils: If furniture or utensils are moved from one space to another (between rooms and/or common areas), it is mandatory to return them to their original location before departure.
- Protection of Furniture and Home Textiles: To maintain the hygiene and good condition of our furniture, please avoid placing suitcases or objects directly on the beds and sofa. Home textiles (sheets, towels, etc.) are intended exclusively for personal use and should not be used for cleaning or for other purposes outside their function.
- Cleaning upon Departure: The house is expected to be left clean and the kitchen tidy with clean utensils. In the event that the dwelling is found in an excessively dirty state, an additional cleaning cost of €100 (one hundred euros) may be applied and will be deducted from the security deposit.
VI. Cancellation Conditions
In case of reservation cancellation, Mas Lloretó will apply the following conditions:
- Bank commissions resulting from the refund will be borne by the client.
- Cancellation made by the client within seven days prior to the arrival date will result in the following penalties on the total price of the stay:
- a) Two-day reservation: 50% of the total stay price.
- b) Reservation for more than two days and up to seven days: 35% of the total stay price.
- c) Reservation for more than seven days: 25% of the total stay price.
- The above penalties will not be applicable when the cancellation occurs due to force majeure, duly accredited (e.g., medical or police certificate).
- The client has the right to cancel the confirmed reservation without penalty, provided that the request is made at least ten days before the arrival date.

VII. Personal Data Processing (GDPR)
The information provided will be processed in accordance with Personal Data Protection regulations.
- Data Controller: Sandie NICOLLET
- Purpose of Processing: To offer, provide, and invoice accommodation services at Mas Lloretó, manage the reservation, comply with the legal obligation to register travelers, and legal and fiscal obligations.
- Legitimacy: The processing of your data is based on the consent of the data subject, the execution of the service contract, and compliance with a legal obligation (traveler registration according to citizen security regulations).
- Recipients: Your data will not be transferred to third parties unless required by law (e.g., communication to law enforcement agencies for traveler registration, tax authorities) or strictly necessary to fulfill the purpose of processing (e.g., payment platforms).
- Data Subject Rights: You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, restriction of processing, erasure (right to be forgotten), portability, and opposition to the processing of your data by sending your request to the email address info@casaruralmaslloreto.com.
- Retention Period: Your data will be retained for as long as the contractual relationship is maintained or for the years necessary to comply with legal obligations (e.g., accounting, tax, traveler registration).
VIII. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
For the resolution of any dispute that may arise from the interpretation or execution of this contract, the parties submit, with express waiver of their own jurisdiction, to the Courts and Tribunals of Igualada, and to the applicable Spanish and Catalan legislation.
